Betting Limits

• Minimum bet: ৳50 BDT.

Bet Cancellation Policy

A bet may be voided and the stake refunded in the following circumstances:

• If a match or event is cancelled.

If there is evidence of involvement in match fixing or any fraudulent activity, viptaka38 will close the account in question and notify the relevant authorities.

Viptaka38 supports deposits and withdrawals via popular mobile banking services in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 BDT.
• Deposits are typically credited instantly or within 30 minutes at most.
• The deposit source must be a payment method registered in the member's own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 BDT.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Members may voluntarily close their account at any time. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be available for withdrawal.
